I have a trip to keystone scheduled for late november. Not sure what will be open or if area 51 will be fully open. If anyone’s knows when/if the park will be open around november 16 it would help. Should i go or reschedule the trip for the spring when i know the park will be fully open?

I have a trip to keystone booked for November, not sure what will be open or if area 51 will be open, however if the park will not be open i don’t think it would be worth it.Should i go or reschedule it for spring to insure the park will be fully open?
