Starting with the weakest link, we have Jade. Apart from her ability

few good ideas in the last, she has very little to boast about. She is

Ricky is the stronger of the partnership with Tom that has been
starting to look dangerously like Jedward. He understands what
accountability means and has held his hands up more times than a bank
clerk under siege. His regular appearances in the board room final three
shouldn’t be a problem though. He understands his audience, being able
to build rapport with them and presenting concepts with credibility. As
long as he is kept away from bottling condiments, he is a safe pair of
hands. He’ll be able to defend his plan competently with the likes of
