Five Days!
Well here we are, it's almost tie for my only week of skiing this year. I would love to go more but being a 13 year old student in full time education in the middle of England, I can only have 1 week per year. Ah well eh? I better make the most of it.
Ski Trip!
This year is my first year going on the school ski trip. Judging by what I have heard from ski trip veterans it should be a blast. Admittedly, most of the stories I've heard are of crap skiers braking there legs and making themselves look like fools. This does sound very entertaining though so it suits me. Hopefully I shall not be one of the injured or embarrassed.The packing process is under way and I have all the gear I need. Everyone else going on the trip rented out a shiny Head racing helmet. But there was no one I was wearing one of them. So I've added some fresh stickers to my white lid and it's looking pretty fresh. The white Billabong ski pants top off the outfit. All I need now is a supply of food and drink. The bus journey from my school to the resort is going to take 23 hours! I am thinking of taking a bag full of sandwiches and energy drink just to make sure I don't die.
As long as I survive the bus journey I'm sure I'll have a great week's skiing with people that will push me to be the best I can be. I've heard the teachers like to let their hair down (get pissed) as well, which should be very funny. Me and the boys will have a laugh I'm sure so it's all good! I shall be taking lots of pictures during the trip so I will have some more to say soon.
