When the zamboni resurfaces the rink it scrapes up the rough ice and puts down a layer of water. The ice shavings they scrape up are dumped outside. So you use this thing called a shovel, shovel it into the bed of a truck and off you go.

Most likely the class is filled up and you need permission to get in because of that.
