The ski film industry needs to start opening its eyes to more creative and artistic ideas. We need a film company to step up and start incorporating more art into their films, not the same atheletes doing the same tricks set to the same shitty rap tracks year after year. ideas: feature regions instead of people while incorporating artistic shots of local scenery and local riders, get more creative with editing and try slowing the tempo down a bit (no more punk or bad hip hop), build different and more interesting features and incorporate more of the urban landscape besides just rails (staircases, drops, wallrides, gaps, etc.), stop looking to other sports like snowboarding and skateboarding for film ideas and come up with new fresh ideas that showcase the soul and unique style of skiing and its lifestyle...
