I've been on my Mothership 182's for like 4 seasons now(The bright green ones with pink bases), and its time to upgrade. I definitely want some fat skis, and I loved my motherships, so I don't think I can get anything smaller. I would like something that is maybe a little snappier in tight trees...

What are the disadvantages of buying skis that have been mounted a couple times? Are they weaker, or is it just harder to get a binding on them?
