    Oh and it helps get rid of pent up aggression, although i warn you you will get more and more aggressive the longer you do it. :D

    Do it its awesome (I'm hopefully going to be a black belt by next summer) It builds general body strength and helps with self-control and of course you'll be able to kick anyones ass...
