Can’t post pics on this site for some reason but one of my sets of skis I got mounted this season has something weird.
the heel pieces aren’t pointing the same length/angle? The left ski heel is slightly more raised than the right.
i haven’t noticed any pre releases when I used em the last...
I drive past em so often and have been thinking some of them could be doable. I am not sure I have the balls to hit any of them, but surely some crazy fucker has hit these?
There’s at least 2 that could be done, and 3-4 that would be insanely gnarly but doable. The biggest issues seem to be 1)...
anyone here is well aware of how many degens are in their town.
which ski town in NA has the most degenerates? Summit, Tahoe, Utah (I joined the church) etc?
This is a serious post. What ski town has the highest rate of cirrhosis and evil hippies?
Besides width/length - why do they feel so different? 179 WCs 181 Jeff’s
I’ve heard these skis get compared a lot but they feel pretty different on snow. I find myself never really wanting to take out the Jeff’s unless it’s a deep day but the wildcats can be taken out in any condition. In terms...
Let me preface this by saying I love(d) my Jeff 110s and have had a blast since getting them. That being said, I purchased because I’ve heard from tons of dif people they are on par with Moment durability.
Day 5 on them and one impacted base and one core shot already from a slight rock landing...
I’m looking to start a freestyle ski site that makes profit from content and maybe branches out later on.
The initial focus is going to be on freestyle content and other related skiing articles. A lot of larger skiing publications ignore the stuff I have in mind, and there’s enough search...
Literally any tips you have that “clicked” and helped you progress in the park - jumps, rails, cliffs, moguls. Anything that one day you figured out and felt like you unlocked some shit on a game.
When I finally figured out my back leg on rails had to be wider and “support” me to prevent...
Starting to think I made the wrong decision w a Schweitzer unlimited pass.
long story short I got a lot more freedom with my job recently and Schweitz/sandpoint area is looking less and less fun now that I know I can go wherever for the winter.
im used to summit and Skiin basin, keystone, etc...
looking for some simple exercises I can add to my summer lifting for knee strengthening.
I want to get into more spins and bigger shit this season and figure strengthening knees won’t hurt going into the season.
Looking to spend the winter ripping Schweitzer. They don’t seem to have any decent housing groups on FB to look for rooms on, so I’m looking everywhere.
lmk
I’m starting to think I have an inner ear issue or something that fucks with my balance.
I’m solid on steeps big drops and straight lining shit, cool 180s and simple grabs. I legit couldn’t get the nuts to do any 3s this year, and I also slip out on rails all the time.
I’ve been practicing 3s...
