I recently pulled my Psoas Major muscle. Did a search and couldn't find anything on here. Anyone on here have any experience pulling it, or have experience in sports medicine or anything? I'm wondering how long recovery time for you took, etc. +K for help.

I have new on3p jeronimos they're 96 underfoot. I have marker griffons on my old public enemys. Wanna move them over, problem is, they only make 90 mm brake and 110 mm brakes. Will 110s work? I don't feel like bending my 90s.

could a 110 mm brake work on a ski 96 underfoot or would it suck?
