I just got myself some Scott light sensitive goggs after I was persuaded in the shop that with them I'd never need another lens... I haven't tried them yet, but was wondering if anyone's got some experience of light sensitive lenses? do they really work that well?

I've just picked up some Rossignol Track 110 boots, I'm just curious what's the deal with insoles? I have some insoles for normal shoes to help with flat feet, I just wondered if I could put them straight in my boots or if it's recommended to get some custom fit ones made up from my boot fitters?
