I am giving a speech about whether or not life specialists should be provided for adults. They are available for children (Child life specialist) and their job is to help cope with hospitalization and be an
advocate for the patient. I feel that it would be helpful if their were

So I got my first runs in today and realized I can't hit any of the features at my hill without falling. I just want to know if any body knows goods exercises to get strength up mostly in my legs (I'm already seeing physical therapy).
