I'm about 5'6" on a good day 5' 7" and I ride the EP Pro 185cm, Hell Bent 179cm and the '09 JJ in the 188cm length. Rockered skis ski so much shorter than they look since there is only like 100cm underfoot touching.

This is the real answer, also listen to Pollard in the Line video. They had these skis left over with "sick ass bases alread" If you look at the original Anthem it has the same base as the two '09 LE Skis. The ski has been retooled and the new topsheet put on. '09 Line Octoland...

'08 Blend is a good replacement for the Foil.

This is not a replacement for the Foil. It is not even close to the same. The Lord is wood core with a very slight tip rocker. Turns alright. Foil is much softer in flex and has a much bigger tip profile (which they probably should have used on the Lord).
