Yo so basically I badly sprained a muscle beside my shin (peroneous) in April while skiing and wasn't able to walk for 2 months. Yesterday I was at the trampoline park and my leg straight up gave out and twisted to the side. My injury was still very fragile and now it has bruised over again...
