Hey NS, do full tilt boots live up to their motto "no shin bang, all afterbang"?

Hey so I went to my local ski shop to get my New TW jibs mounted and I guess I isn't notice before but on the ski it doesn't recommend a center mount and the furthest forward is +3. The question is should I ask for them center or at +3? These are my park skis btw
