Right now I have an infection in my spine and I have a PICC line in my arm. (A picc line is used to give iv medicine at home.) Obviously with something like this there are some risks but I was wondering if anyone on ns has had a picc line and has skied with it?
I've been trying to get my parents to allow me to buy a snowmaker. They seem to think it will cost a lot of money even though I have offered to pay my part of the water bill. What is the average cost of about 8 hours of home snow making?

Yesterday I made a thread on how to transport ice rink snow to my house. Now I would like to know how I should use the snow to build a setup. Any ideas will help.
This winter I am thinking about joining the park crew at my hill. I was just wondering what it is like and what skills are required. Also I was wondering if you get a lot of time to ski while on the job?
I just bought a pair of USD Realm skates and I tested them out. I used my pvc box and it seemed very sticky so I put some wax on it. It still was sticky. The way was kind of dry. Is this because of the wax or am I not supposed to grind on pic.
I live in Ohio and my hill closed April 1st. I noticed on IG that park city is closing this weekend but they just got new snow. Why do resorts out west close when they have a decent amount of snow?
When I look at videos of me doing rails/boxes I seem to be going really slow but I fell like I am going fast. I am concerned about this because if I want to advance to bigger features next year I have to go fast to do them. How do you get comfortable doing rails with speed?
Other than the part of not being able to ski the worst park of injuries is losing your seasons progression. This is my second year skiing and last year I had a confidence issue. This year I started off the season really good. I could do boxes and rails with ease. Then doing something easy I get...
Putting aside the fact that this may be a joke and most people on ns dislike them, If they do actually make skis available for purchase would anyone buy them?
