This is my first pair of skis, and I have been skiing rails with them for a few weeks. My edges were already a little bit dull before I took them to the mountain, because I had used a sanding sponge to smoothen the edges out. I can see they are becoming quite rounded off quickly ... How dull...

So, after a couple of runs at my backyard setup i noticed a small splinter of wood was stuck in the ski, right under the foot. I dont have any waxing equipment, and im wondering what to do with the skis.. I have removed the splinter of wood and smoothed out the base material.

Got my suspects mounted where i bought them, when i wasnt there, but now I see they are not center mounted ... its quite a long way to the shop, so i wondered if it was even possible to move the bindings?.....
