I often post meme based pictures and such in NSG. I'm wondering if anyone else would like an option to upload a picture directly from their computer instead of copy/pasting an image URL for each picture. Doing this saves people time and effort because they can build up a collection of good pics...

I just did a speed test on speedtest.net and it said my download speed was 1.28MB/Sec. I'm downloading Battlefield 3 right now and it's going at 111.5 KB/Sec. what is the reason for this? Do certain websites set a limit on download speeds or something?
