This past season I learned that I don’t have the patience for new skiers. It’s not that I hate them or they do anything to piss me off but like I said, I don’t have the patience. I’d rather be ripping around and hitting rails. Like for instance, I had a friend who only skis about 2 times a year...
I want to take a gap year or even a semester to just go and ski out west. The problem is, I don’t think my parents support it really. However they are always like “go out and experience things” and stuff like that. And to be honest I think it would be really beneficial for me and if I were not...
I need to move my bindings just a bit to make my boots fit. I’ve maxed out the screws on the back and need just a little bit more space (as seen) I really want to avoid having to remount them but if I have to I will. Any ideas on how I could make some space?
What’s everyone’s worst experience with another skier or skiers? It could also be worse experience skiing in general.
Mine would probably be when I was skiing alone one day and headed to the park and ran into 10 or so guys and one was looking to pick a fight. Threw snowballs, followed me...
Currently trying to figure out what I want to do after high school and the military is an option. I personally do want to join (specifically the marines) but maybe some of you guys have been and would be willing to share some advice.
