From my experience, I think that true center mounted skis are not a good deal at all outside the park, so try your's before you decide to remount them. 2-3 cm back from TC usually works fine in park as well. I guess you are not going to be switch skiing 50% of the time.

If you could translate "lbs" to "kg" units, I guess I could give you a hint ;-)

Some suggestions: K2 Public Enemy, Salomon Foil or Volkl Karma appear to be fine on every terrain, as far as I know.
