I am wondering what lattice slides better for summer skiing PVC lattice or wood lattice Because I saw both???

What's up everyone I made an winter setup this year , but I would like to use for the summer, but I do not know what to put on the wood so that my skis slides well. I can not bring water to my setup, so the surfaces that needs water will not worked. Any suggestion please ???
