So i've spent my last 2 seasons living in Whistler but the time came where I had to get a real job so am now based in NYC. I want to get some skiing in soon so which is the biggest hill in this area? Is the snow likely to be any good or is it sheet ice in this part of the US. Any advice...

summer is easy to get a place, all of the nightly rental condos turn into monthly rental for next to nothing, we had a sick place in the upper village for nothing all summer. That starts around May/June. Oh, btw, you can break leases, I think you have to pay 2 months rent, speak to the Whistler...

lebbo: loads of people get fired around christmas time for not turning up so should be plenty of jobs with early starts, lifties, ski school etc.

loads of parties in alpine and emerald but if you don't know anyone then I guess you won't find them, unless there's a big enough one that they announce it after tommys shuts. Other than that, just in the village anywhere should be pretty fun.
