What about puting Backcountry bindings on them?

I'm thinking that i want to up the surface area on my new skis. And i think i want The 2008 or 2009 Sir Francis Bacon> I weigh 160, and want to used the ski all mountain, mostly for powder. Anyone have some thoughts on the subject? Thanks
