Check out Sport Loft and ask for Earl, he's expensive but well worth it and generally known as one of the best.

For gloves check out the outdoor research alti or super colouir gloves and the the marmot ultimate. I have the alti and the are super warm but a bit bulky, the marmot ones are a little less bulky. Both are very expensive though. If you want mitts, check out the outdoor research line.

I had the 181's last year, great skis. They ski short, I'm your height so go with the 181's. Can't give you feedback on how they are in the park, but they are a bit on the heavy side. Kills pow, fun on the grooms, decent in bumps, very stable, good in crud. Edge hold seriously lacking on...

I've got Z12's on mine to keep it as light as possible, weight for my pair is 10.6 without bindings. Z12's don't seem to have a good rep, but I haven't had any problems with the one's that I've used.

The VCT does everything that the Got does, except almost as good. The VCT skis shorter, easier to land jumps(could be the binding position though), softer tip, tail is stiffer and floats better in the deep..... Got is turns quicker, more stable, better on ice. So which do I ski more? The VCT...
