Are you talking about a university or getting caught by the RIAA? I think getting caught by an university is kind of a "slap on the hand" where they just tell you to stop. The RIAA on the other hand, don't fuck with them. I wouldn't know personally though.

For future reference... If you're on XP, run -> dxdiag Vista, start menu -> search "dxdiag" I'm not to sure about the XP one, but I know that's how you do it on Vista.

I haven't played Fallout 3, but if you're playing on a console I could help. Depending on how far both of you are, you could just make a new profile on the console (PS3 or 360) and one person can play on the current profile, and the other can play on the new profile so you each have your own...
