What is the difference between the black iridium lens and VR28 black iridium from oakley? Which do you prefer and why?

http://www.farmersalmanac.com/weather/2010/08/29/2011-canadian-forecast-will-winter-make-a-comeback/ It says the Ottawa/Gatinau region will be colder than usual, with average snowfall. Hopefully this is true, because it would be a huge improvement from last year.

I just talked to a buddy and he said skiers hated snowbladers more than snowboarders. I'm pretty sure most skiers hate snowboarders, but why do they hate snowbladers even more. It's pretty much the same thing as skiing, but with no poles and short skis.

i'm a snowboarder, but i respect freestyle skiers, thats why i signed up for this site. are there any other snowboarders hidden out there?, we should start a snowboarding thread

Apparantly St Sauveur is opening october 23rd. Any confirmation on this?

Anyone know how much it's supposed to snow around ottawa/gatineau. It's pretty cold already in september. i hope to start going to the mountain at the start of december.
