I got plantar fasciitis real bad from playing ultimate nearly every day a few summers ago. Best thing to do is stretch and massage your calves and the bottoms of your foot. And take some time off. That's the only thing that will help you get better.

With all the sales popping up due to end of season, I'm in the market for something a little fatter for trips west and the occasional EC "powder" day. Anyone ridden either or both of these that wants to weigh in? I'm 6'2" and about 185. Any info is appreciated.

Currently Rockin 1080 Candides 181cm (114-80-108) mostly for all mountain and 04-05 AR5s 180 (114-81-103) mostly park. Anyways I got a line on last year's PE's (118-85-109) for 150, drilled once. Is this too much overlap, or is it worth grabbing them and looking for binders? Or better to wait...
