snow park for sure. It kills everything else. Wanaka is pretty tame in nightlife compared to queenstown and has a better infrastructure.

Most of the chill resorts are in the middle of nowhere but are still pretty sick. The remarkables in queenstown has some pretty scary chutes and cliffs( the world record cliff jump was done there) and it is close to queenstown with easy access to alcohol, drugs and drunk backpackers.

Queenstown as a base and then head to Remarkables and Treble Cone for some back country chutes and big lines or to the snowpark for the most unreal park you will see. Check out snowparknz.com and nzski.com. Am super homesick hanging out at buller for two years.

you can get freeze, powder and axis at magazino in newmarket and queen st in AK. In christchurch you can get them and freeskier at a mag shop down near quest. in qtown and dunners just go to paper plus and they should have them. Paper plus in qt will get them in for you.

anyone got an invite to the planet x games at buller? they said they will leave the park up afterwards and said it will be sick. that prob means a shitty pipe, 20ft slow kicker and a wobbly straight rail. sorry to bag aussie skifields but do any of the park crews go overseas in summer?????

I live in queenstown, NZ but have a job at Buller this season. Where are the good parks and pipes and are there any big lines around or should i leave my big skis at home?????

Fucken coronet just got 10cm of fresh and has started to snow again. TC got like 35cm and the sky is just snotting down. This global warming shit is waaack!!!!!!

yup! All good with the late season dumps over the last week. Coronet was sick as well as TC and Cardies. More is on the way as well.
