for all the ppl who don't know how to do it/aren't getting any effects from it, you have to use headphones and be in a quiet place. some of the FAQ's on www.i-doser.com were helpful for me.
ya i have the same one but it only comes with an attachment for holes in the helmet and my helmet has no holes on top. i tried industrial velcro and it stays on but shakes the whole time. how did u attach yours?
