i spent the last 8 seasons in banff. fuck fernie! they are a lot lower in elevation, banff is way better for big mountain cause they are higher up. sunshine is always going to have good snow but fernie is always a worry. sure they get better dumps but it ices up when the shine wont. get some BC...

you could probally set up in the bunker/maintenance chute area and get some alright jumps but it would be alot easier to get a job at sunshine. sunshine has a lot more to offer then the lake I find. its closer to banff so you can you dont have to live in lake louise, the snow is better quality...

surfing should be placed higher. thats a hard sport that takes years to master, its way more difficult then skiing

its looking like im moving to aspen next season and i need to find a good ski shop to work at. i've no idea what its even like there, let alone what the good shops are. can anybody let me in on where the decent park/big mountain shops are. thanks

living in van sucks. its a city, same as the rest. for the same rent you can get a decent place in whistler. if anybody tells you that whistler is expensive in comparision to van there wrong. if your main style of skiing is park then forget red. if you want to go ski big mountain then red might...

if your in banff go and see pj in monods, hes probally the best boot fitter, don the boot wizard is also good. if your going past canmore, noel at couloir ski and bike is good as well

have a look in mountain magic in banff. i know they have the atomic thugs in there demo fleet so i dont see why they wouldn't have the hell bents for this season

move to banff if you dont have a car, hitching is super easy and if you have a ride then move to canmore, the groceries are cheaper. fuck calgary, its to far from the actual mountains
