looking for any year rocker 2 108 in around a 180 for a friend

I'm planning on buying some 2015 K2 shreditor 102s for my first real ski and am wondering what size binding i should get for it. I was looking at some look 100mm bindings but i am wondering what is the smallest and widest bindings i should look for are.

I just purchased this helmet and my current goggles (dragon x1's) don't really fit the helmet well, wondering if you guys have any suggestions for a new pair of goggles. currently looking at oakley line miners and smith io7's
