So I am looking at heading out to SLC after graduating college. I have an uncle out there an he loves it. May just be that he flies for Delta so he really is just back in Utah to ski and then he goes on a trip, but he seems to like it. I know the city relatively well and have a few job offers...

Anyone rock these? A patroller at Snowbird recommended them to me. Been a glove guy, but my hands always seem to get cold so turning to mitts. I hear the windsteat mitts are super warm. I ski alta and snowbird mostly. Would they be too warm? Also how is it gripping poles? I hear they aren't...
