the best thing to do is to try it on a tramp first. When you feel secure, try it on a bc kicker with a lot of powder. The jump doesnt have to be very big, cause you will always manage to flip around..

I've got a little problem. I'm going to the Alps with a couple of friends, but I dont know where to go. I have been in Chamonix before, and that was really cool. THere were good freeriding opportunities there. But I have heard that Val D'Isere might be just as good. Any suggestions?
