well I can get new ones for about $200, and that's for the 912 Ti Axe+, so... maybe $160?

the reason they shaped the 2003 1080's that way is to save weight, and if you have ever ridden the pockets you know how nice it is to save to extra weight.... it's the 'space frame' that makes it look like the pockets...

yeah they are suposed to aboserb the landings and give you better edge feel or something, I think they work pretty good....
