Skiing
skiing should not be about the journey to pro status or sponsorships. Although those things are nice, and help one obtain a ski-bum status while surviving (who doesnt want paid to ski), you should only ski for the pure joy of it, like the first time you ever went. Dont do tricks that your not ready for in attempt to get in on film to send to a company, but do the tricks that are fun, and make you feel good. Remember to click in your boots everyday and just enjoy the fact there is snow to slide on, Parks to shred on (no matter how well maintained or lack of maintenance there is), and the vibe that other skiers throw at you. It is a lifestyle for people to get away from all other troubles in life, dont make it a job trying to get paid to do it.
