You guys are all forgetting UC Davis. It's light years ahead of UNR, sorry, and it's only 1.5 hrs to Sugar Bowl and 2 hrs from the South Shore of Tahoe. You can also get to Kirkwood and Alpine in about 2hrs from Davis. The SOS club at Davis is awesome and rides are never hard to find...

Stay away from Northwoods and look for an open room along the Blvd. Best bet is to head for Murray's and just hook up with some chick that will take you in.
