Are you from Salomon? I have the ski, it says it's made in france, all the other wood salomons are made in Romania. So, is the Dumont made at the snowboard factory or what's the deal with it being wood... it flexes like wood, but it just doest make sense, I have a huge betting pot at the shop...

In the Freeskier buyer's guide the DUmont is said to be a wood core, however the mold is from an older salomon monocoque i think, I just got the ski two days ago and I'm not sure it is wood, The salomon website does little to helo figuring out the construction of The DUmont ski. If anyone knows...
