I do a lot of backcountry hiking and i want to get AT bindings for the season. However i don't know much about them. If I have the 09 Pandora's what kind of AT or heel releasing bindings should I look into?

from my experience thus far... thc has helped me increase the amount of things i can do with my leg... strengthening and riding a bike... and it rocks my world :-)

im 6 weeks out from surgery and just started riding my bike... but if anyone has any input or advice please let me know .... i wanna get back as soon as i can so i can still get some of the good snow this year ...

i love the sound of new ski movie releases in the fall ... the trailers are looking pretty epic this year ... let winter begin :-)

for anyone heading to the premiere in october at the wilma ... Since I'm sure most of us will probably be enjoying the night doing the same sorts of activities ... im just putting it out there if any of you want to kick it we should meet up and party ... the more the merrier !
