Fairmont State University/West Virginia University hotriders??

I’m a freshman at Fairmont State, and haven’t met a person who has even seen a pair of skis before. If there’s anyone who goes to FSU or WVU and likes to ride hot at Canaan, Snowshoe, Wisp, or 7 hmu

Skiing park in Lange SX 90s gets old, FAST. Trying to save my shins this year, so looking for some actual boots this year.

    Best "Small" Resorts out west

I'm getting ready to graduate high school, and I would rather not go to college if I could keep working in the Ski Industry. I would like to have an enjoyable ski experience as well, just without the massive crowds. I currently work at snowshoe mountain in WV, and something like that, just with...

    WTB: 70-300mm lens WITH AUTOFOCUS

Have an old 70-300 that does not support autofocus (about 12 years old), and am sick of almost getting my head chopped off trying to get cloesups of kids on rails while using my stock 15-55.

    Size jumps for bigger tricks.

By the end of this season, I want to know AT LEAST: The rodeo/flat 3, 540 with grab, and 720. I'm not gonna ask how to do it, but I would like to know what size jumps I should try those on. For example, I learned 3s on a ramp to roller, not an actual jump with a landing. That jump was about 10 ft.

    Critique my pictures

Any and all constructive criticism is appreciated. I have taken about a six month hiatus from photos before I took these, so I'm a bit rusty.

    Opinions on Line Sakana?

I would like some opinions on the Line Sakana. I've wanted to buy some because they seem like fun carving skis, but for that much money, I don't know if that type of quick thrill would be worth it.

    Pinkbike vs. Newschoolers

In my one year on this site, I've figured out that this is what Pinkbike has been to Mountain biking. To all of the mountain bikers and skiers out there, which do you like better, or do both have things that you like and dislike?

Best "non seven springs" east coast parks

With Snowshoe opening a fan-favorite park in Timberjack this weekend, what are some of the best east coast parks that aren't at Seven Springs?

    Good Camera/lens/computer combos.

I'm currently shooting RAW on a Nikon D3300, with the stock 18-55mm lens and an older 70-300 lens. My pictures on hill look great, and even when I get home, they still look sharp (sometimes the cold and the elements does tricks on my eyes, so when they look good on the mountain, they end up not...

    Small-Medium Park tricks

At my home mountain, the only parks that are open are small-dog parks. I was hoping to learn bigger tricks this year (720, 450, flips, rodeos), but due to work and current conditions of the parks, I doubt I'll get to learn those this season. What are some steezy tricks easily done in a...

Another Christmas, another week of sh*t conditions at Snowshoe Mountain.

Driving to and from Snowshoe Mountain, which is two hours combined in the car, everyday can be sort of a grind. Looking around and seeing brown and green doesn’t exactly make it better. I’ve been working up at the shoe for two years now as a ski instructor, and have been skiing there since I was...
