so i got some volkl walls and tommorw id opening at my home mountain. I dont wanna get caught on the rails cause of sharp edges. but is it really necessary to dull them?

normally i get along with snowboarders but my home mountain is over run with them. The park manager is a snowboarder and he wont let any snowboarders on the park crew and we arent even allowed to enter the rail jams. Does anyone else have this problem or is it just my home mountain?
