Long story short: I have orange FKS's (14din) and I want Marker binding. Anyone want to trade?

So my skis base is separating from the sidewall from what I assume to be water damage to the core. Is there any way to stop, or at least slow down this process? Any help is greatly appreciated!

Me and some friends are trying to plan a trip for next week. We have no snow in PA, so we are planning on going somewhere in the northeast, probably Vermont. Anyways, what I'm trying to figure out is what resorts have the most snow/best conditions right now? Any info is appreciated.
