I did a backflip of the bar patio in Tahoe where the Intro for Ski Movie 1 was filmed. You know the part where they go upstairs and open the briefcase. I backflipped to the downstairs and landed a bit of angle, fractured my leg and broke my wrist. In the past 2 years I have had 9 Broken bones...

I would imagine that the company is struggling, doing well in sales, but struggling for growth capital which all new companies need in order to grow and be cutting edge. Each new 'ride/owner' is probably required to invest or 'buy' there way in to the company. This way it grows, bigger publicity...
