I've rode 2015 al dente's for 2 years now (by far my favorite ski i've ever ridden) but sadly they're delaminating at the tips. Are there other skis as flexy or even more soft than the dente's?

I've ridden 2015 al dente's for 2 years now and there the best skis i've ever rode. My tips are delaminating and im trying to buy a pair for next year but cant find any.
