Hey guys, guess its that time of year again to do some shopping :D heres the deal, i purchased some armada pipe cleaners last year, and now im lookin to have another set of ski's for back up kinda. I want to try more park this year but im new to that scene, and i dont wanna thrash my pipe...

so got my ski's mounted on thursday, i specificly told the techy's to center mount it, he nodded and said thats smart for my type of riding and says he rides center aswell, so to me this felt like their was no confussion at all. anywase i go tonight to the shop to pick them up, they diddnt look...

lol yah, my friend offered them to me cuz his store over stocked them for $100 (canadian). thought i have nothing to loose so ill see how they hold out.

im so stoked, got home from school, and my mom told me my ski's have arrived. they are 2008 armada pipe cleaners, cannot wait to ride them! let me know what you guys think, and for bindings i have marker m11.0 (bindings are just placed, not yet mounted. thinking about center mount?) let...

last two are SICK.

well your not alone, i was offered these ski's for 400 bucks, his edge was ripped up like that as well, he ordered new ones and would replace them for me but i passed and im glad i did. picked up some armada pipe cleaners instead.

out of curiosity what do you get if you win?

from what i know, the invader is a sick sick sick park ski. symetrical i belive. super sick for buttering and pretty light. however from my knowledge the ski's will only last a season or two if you ride hard. for the disorderly's its symetrical i think, center mount only. not very sure on the...

i think im going for the pipe cleaners because their pretty cheap. any problems about the 08 models i should know about before i snag them?

what riding do you do, what are you looking for in the ski's, height and weight matter to. personally i think the threats are ballin, but look a bit girlish, not that it matters. and i think the disorderly's look pretty sweet, freind just bought a set. i havent ridden either of them so i cant...

i have one.. im thinking about making a case for it... like putting a lot of styaphome or like something like that and duck taping it(but haveing a part where i can slide it in and out)... but no i dont ride with it. im scared the screen will crack if i fall on it so im getting a 50 doller...

what is the purpose of the bars of P-tex? im not up to date on all the stuff to maintain your ski's(at home anywase).

unfortantly as much as i would like that ski the place im ordering from doesnt have any more in stock. so i just kinda narrowed it down to those 4.

is thier a big difference from the 08's and the 09's(i think those are the ones u have)
