I did cliff jumping the other day and it sucks. Theres alot of popping and ringing. Theres not much they can do for it so Im just wondering if anyone has had a similar experience and if they have any tips or happy endings. The ringing is super annoying.

Ive gotten mine molded before and they felt great afterwards. Now that theyve packet out a little bit Theyve gotten a little bit sloppy in the toe area. Maybe Molding again could help even though theyve packed out?
