6.5/10 condition for both pants and jacket. All features are functional. On the right arm of the jacket there is a tear in the inner lining that doesn't harm the integrity of the jacket at all. Don't know what the waterproof rating is now, but I can ski a 6 hour day in light rain or wet snow...
