Heres the story, I hit an urban rail, not too difficult but it was a tall flat rail and I nutted myself on one of the runs. Luckily, thank god I didn't land on my nuts but right on the side and now I have a huge cut there, it hurts to walk. any advice on healing it/similar situations?
