move out west, meet some poeple and get connected to people in the industry. These type's of jobs just do not get handed out. You need industry experience and to know the right people.

I have custom cork superfeet and i like them a lot. Probably can spend lots more $$ and get something better, but these superfeet custom's do the trick for me.
