I have done work with pictures in Lightroom but I have noticed you can do the same with video. Does anyone have experience with this? Pros and Cons? What makes other grading programs better? Thanks guys.

So I got put in a weight training class at my high school and am really not liking it. But if it were to help me with my skiing I would stay in it. So i am just wondering if lifting weights will help with my skiing. Thanks.
