I am around 5'5 to 5'6 and weight 125-130. I love to hit rails and do 450s and 270s out. I am a aggressive skier when it comes to park and is always hitting rails and trying new things. When I land switch out from a rail my skis always pops off. What should my dins be front and back?

Most skiers I see are using poles and some I see are not using them. Personally I don't use poles. Does it matter if you use poles? When i tried using poles they just didn't really feel conferrable.
