Heading to Steamboat In a couple days wanna hear the best places to ride/ party/ eat. nice backcountry runs? anything that would make this trip better would be great. thanks
personally i dont really like the ambush (they are for a smaller face)....i havent seen them physically in a fire iridium lense but if i do ill let you know. I do agree with you though....just checked out the oakley website and they look different than all the fire iridium lenses.
i dont have a specific model for you but i would check out a local ski or sports store. id get one with wheels. makes things a lot easier in an airport/ carrying other gear. kind of obvious but i thought id throw it out there
im afraid those are gonna run you at least $300 (Jesters). the griffons have a 12 Din which isnt to bad you may be able to snag some for $250 which really isnt in ur price range. but if you can find them for cheaper then u got a good deal on a solid binding
i work at a ski shop (not making me a pro or anything) so i know these skis are fine i was just wanting input on how people are liking the 09 dumonts and which bindings they like better.....im not looking at a price range just yet i just want to see what people have to say on the quality of the...
im pretty sure i want to get the 09 dumonts (171) and was wondering what people are thinking of them? and if i do get them would it be dumb to put a pair of Marker Jesters (or Griffons) or keep with the STH's? Any input would be appreciated thanks

ok maybe i worded it wrong but they are acting like its theirs and that you shouldnt be skiing there. Tyrol Basin Wis. is were its at you go up to their crew and say whats up and they ski away. they just try to find something wrong with you so u dont make them look bad. Seasons over for me so...
ive been hitting up a lot of midwest hills over the season. Every one that i have gone to there has been a group of good newschoolers but they dont want to ski with you cuz its their "terf". im not bad at skiing but im far from being awesome basically the same as these locals. i understand it in...
